Year: 1948
Model: Silver Warith
Coach Builder: Hooper
Body Type: Touring Limousine

Silver Wraith was the first Rolls-Royce car coming after WWII. It was substantially a new top of the line from the company after Phantom III production had ceased at the break of the war. All of them had coach built body, made to order of the customer with the good old coachwork method carried on. Each body production took 6 months to 2 years. The engine had a new generation F head, which outputs 137 HP on the early 1947~'51 4.25 litre unit. From 1951 to ’55 had a 4.5 litre, the last version being 4.9 litres 180 HP. A traditional coach built styles combined with the powerful post-WWII motor is one of the ultimate classic Rolls-Royce today.

This particular model is one pristine example, Touring Limousine by Hooper. Imported to Japan recently receiving wiring and alternator reworked to fit an air conditioner, power windows fitted at the same time. Surprisingly quiet classic limousine.
